Shipping Policy

At Mossy Creek Custom Rods, each rod is carefully packaged and shipped to ensure it arrives safely and ready for the water.

Shipping Rates

Ice Fishing Rods

  • Flat-rate shipping: $15

Open Water Rods

  • Flat-rate shipping: $40

Shipping rates are based on standard domestic shipping within the continental United States. Additional shipping charges may apply for locations requiring extended delivery services or special handling.

Custom Orders & Lead Times

Because every Mossy Creek rod is handcrafted to order, our standard lead time is 2–3 weeks from the time your order is placed. Lead times may vary depending on current workload, seasonal demand, component availability, and the complexity of the build.

Customers will receive updates throughout the build process and tracking information once the rod has shipped.

 

At Mossy Creek Custom Rods, every rod is handcrafted with premium components and built with attention to detail. We stand behind the quality of our builds and want our customers to feel confident fishing their Mossy Creek rod.

Accidental Damage Replacement Program​

Fishing happens, and accidents can happen too. If your rod is damaged due to accidental breakage, impact, misuse, vehicle doors, stepping on the rod, high sticking, or any cause outside of normal use, Mossy Creek Custom Rods offers a 50% Replacement Program.

Simply return the damaged rod for inspection, and we will build a replacement rod of the same model or comparable value for 50% of the current retail price.

Warranty Exclusions​

The replacement program does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage without return of the original rod

  • Abuse, neglect, or improper use

  • Modifications or repairs performed by anyone other than Mossy Creek Custom Rods​​

Protection & Policy Rights​

Mossy Creek Custom Rods reserves the right to inspect all damaged rods before approving any warranty or replacement service. We reserve the right to determine eligibility, replacement options, and final resolution on a case-by-case basis. Warranty and replacement policies are subject to change at the discretion of Mossy Creek Custom Rods.
